The Consultation {TRIAL} – A one hour appointment set up in advance of the wedding day where you meet the artist(s) who will be working with you, discuss your preferences, and together, come up with the perfect look for your special day. Trials are typically 1 hour per service and are held at or one of our salon Locations or we can also come to you! this is your first opportunity to experience the true celeb-style services we offer. Schedule your trial within 2 months of your wedding for best results.

The Face {Day-of Bridal Makeup} – We’ll arrive at your location equipped with everything we’ll need to begin your bridal transformation. We’ll start by prepping your skin with the best products available to ensure a flawless, long-lasting makeup application. Adult pricing includes your choice of airbrush or traditional foundation also includes lashes.
Bride – $115
Bridesmaids, Mothers, Attendants – $95
Jr. Bridesmaids – $75 (8-11 years old)

The ‘Do {Day-of Bridal Hair Design} – Our stylists will arrive equipped with all the tools necessary to provide you and your bridal party with stunning hair designs. Our years of experience specializing in bridal hair allow us to work with each individual to come up with the best style suited for them and your wedding aesthetic. No need to add additional stress to an already stress-worthy day by traveling for in-salon hair services. We will come right to you and coordinate everything to make your day as relaxing as possible.
Bride – $115
Bridesmaids, Mothers, Attendants Updo/Styling – $95
Blow-out or Short-hair Styling (above ear length) – $75
Jr. Bridesmaids – $75 (7 – 12 years old)
Flower Girl – $45(under 7 years old)
(Pricing may vary based upon style selected and other variables such as hair length and thickness)

WEDDING DAY EXTRAS
For The Men {Male Grooming} – Light, undetectable makeup application to balance out skin-tone, disguise blemishes or razor burn, eliminate shine, and give your Prince Charming and his entourage their camera-ready moment.
$50 per groom/groomsman
For That Extra Length & Volume {Hair Extension Application} – Clip-in hair extensions are becoming a very popular way to add extra length and volume to formal hair styles. We are happy to insert your clip-in extensions for you, for both the preview run and on the day of. Due to the extra skill and time that this requires, we charge a fee for each application. It is the client’s responsibility to provide the clip-in extensions, and they must be natural human hair.
$25 per application
Hourly Rate {Touch-ups, Second Look} – If you’d like to have your artist stay to do touch-ups or a second look changeover for your reception, you can choose to have us stay as your personal assistant. Our per artist hourly rate starts as soon as the last contracted service is completed until the time we leave for the day.
$75 per hour per stylist
Covers {Tattoos, Scars, Birthmarks} – Using special color corrective techniques combined with waterproof, transfer-resistant airbrush makeup, we are able to conceal and cover any special areas of concern you may have. This service starts at $25 for the first square inch and increases with size. Please inquire in advance for these services, as we will need to price this out appropriately and bring along the proper products based upon your particular needs.

Bridal Service Package Minimum: Service minimums for both wedding makeup artistry and hair design are as follows: There is a 5-service minimum package pricing requirement for both hair ($475) and makeup ($475) services . If the total for services is less than the minimum package requirement, the same amount will still be charged as the total due for services. Children age 12 & under not included in minimums, but are always welcome for services.
Travel Fees: There is a $50 travel fee per stylist for any local venues and $25 every 20 miles from Makeup And Hair by Traci & Co.
Parking Tolls & Fees: Where parking, valet or other fees may be incurred because of parking limitations, the client will be held responsible for this payment, to be paid on event date.
Sunrise Fee: For any service requiring an arrival time prior to 6:00am, an early morning fee will apply. This fee starts at $50 and is assessed in additional $50 increments for each hour, or portion thereof, prior. This fee is assessed per artist/stylist. For an arrival time prior to 3:30am, overnight accommodations must also be provided.
Contracts & Retainers: A signed contract & deposit is required to secure your wedding date. A wedding date will not be held for anyone without a signed contract and deposit for services. The required deposit fee is $300 for hair/makeup services. The deposit is non-refundable and IS transferable in which case your wedding date is moved or split. The deposit will be deducted from the total due.
Cancellations: If the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a contract, the client shall still be charged for the total amount due on the contract. Services may be canceled no later than 14 days before the scheduled service date, in which case the remaining contract balance is due and will be charged without prior notification or consent.
Payments: Payment is due on the final balance 24hours before the date of services. You will receive an invoice as early as 30 days prior to the event date with all services contracted including travel and a 20% gratuity minus your deposit via email and can pay via credit debit or bank transfer. We also accept electronic payments such as QuickPay Zelle PayPal Venmo etc. If you are paying cash, please let me know we need to collect the TOTAL AMOUNT due on the invoice upon arrival so we can get started on time.
A CREDIT CARD IS NEEDED ON CONTRACT IN CASE OF ANY CANCELLATIONS OR ADD-ON SERVICES NOT ON THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT
You may add up to as many services that you would Like, Even on the day of we kindly ask that no subtractions be made 30 days prior to your event date. Thank you.
